How do I cancel my order?
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
How do I Return My Product?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
Product Returns must be unworn and in the Original State that it/they were sent. Products must be in the Original Packaging.
The fastest way to Return the Merchandise is to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Initiate the Return
Go to My Account Page > Orders and Click on Product Returns Button
Pack the Product(s)
Pack the Product(s) into a box with Original Packaging
Ship the item(s) Back
Place Authorization Email into Box and Ship it back to us.
What Type of Returns do you Accept?
• Exchanges – You can Exchange a Product if it does not fit or if it is defective in any way.
• Store Credit – You can also ask for Store Credit Coupon for Future Purchases.
• Money Back – We can also refund you 100% of your money minus shipping.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without (RMA) Number.
We do not issue the refund if:
• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address or Shipping Carrier loses Package. You must open a case with Carrier.)
How Long does it take to get my Refund?
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your Credit Card Company, it can take an additional 2-10 days for the Credit to be applied to your account.
